Perfect Picture of Child-like Faith (Matthew 18: 2-4)

The perfect picture of “Child-like Faith”

Just as this child  trusts the Father,

to catch them so they will not fall.

God expects us to trust Him

with a level of faith above all.

To release all doubts and fears

and totally trust and believe,

putting our “child-like faith” in Him,

is when we’ll miraculously receive.

*****

Dear Lord, I ask You to help us to increase our faith to walk side by side with You. We cast down doubt and fear that would impede our relationship with you. Draw us nearer so we can walk in “child-like” faith and believe for the impossible, for Your Word says, that “faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains” and that those with “child-like”faith will inherit Your Kingdom. Lord, help us to have that deeper relationship with You, totally trusting like a child… in Jesus’ name. Amen.

“And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18: 2-4

‘Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”       Matthew 17:20
