NUMBERS… A message to victims:
I want to share a story in “Numbers”…
12 men were sent to spy the land…
and report back any encumbers.
But only Joshua and Caleb,
did not fear the giants of the land.
For they knew that they would win,
with the Power of God’s Mighty Hand.
But the Israelites complained
claiming they would be victims in fear…
for they could only see the giants,
yelling, “how could God lead us here”.

I saw this and had to share.
If what ahead scares you…
and what’s behind hurts you…
just look above…
He never fails to help you!
Yes, this is so true. God never fails to help you. He is always with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. His promises are True. He heals. He protects. H

This is for the many who have suffered from the many abuses that man inflicts upon us. This world tries to break us… but God can remake us. He uses all that we have been through as a testament to His Amazing Grace as we hold onto Him and allow Him to transform us… like “pearls of the sea.”
like pearls of the sea.
Covered in darkness…
till Light exposes its beauty.
For many of us have lived…
in “shells” where we hide…
protecting our inner self…
and praying where we abide.
For abuses are painful…
with even words bringing shame.
And we seek solitude within…
while crying out God’s Name.
For many have been trapped…
like oysters in a shell…
but “pearl” transformations occur…
while in God’s Presence we dwell.

The Power of prayer!!!
As we look around, we see the many wounded souls who are filled with sadness, despair, pain, and suffering. They walk in bondage to their pasts and walk paths of brokenness instead of wholeness. But Christ came to set us free! His Word is True. He is the Key to overcoming all that we face in this life. No matter our struggles. No matter our shame. We can give it all to The One who already knows the outcome and has already come to set us free. Our freedom is found in Him.
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.
A message to someone who is hurting from the wounds of abuse and adultery…
Sometimes we have to just let it go…
and take a stand.
“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” Ephesians 6:13
